Frequently Asked Questions

Are there photo requirements?

Although we will happily print artistic submissions we do make a few recommendations.

  1. Provide a high quality image, the higher the resolution, the sharper the print will be.
  2. Good lighting, if you are going for a subject specific photo, will help with the final print since digital and print images do not present the same, printed images are often darker with the lack of back-light.
  3. Avoid blurry photos, if you are going for a subject specific photo, since the digital to print conversion changes the overall image size any blurriness may be exaggerated and lower the print quality overall.

How do I wash your products?

Our mugs are dishwasher safe! For longevity we do recommend that you hand-wash them with a mild dish soap in warm water.

How long does it take to receive my product?

Since each product is custom designed they may take several business days to be produced.

Once printed the chosen shipping method is applied by the print provider and can take 2-5 business days. International shipping could take weeks for delivery depending on the destination.

Holiday Notice: Holiday delivery can be impacted in many ways from order volume to national logistic issues. Look for updates on holiday order deadlines and place orders well ahead of any gifting holiday to help prevent delivery issues.

What is your change policy?

In order to provide rapid production to get the completed product to you as fast as possible, we are unable to make any changes once the order is placed.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the rapid processing of the orders to submit to the print providers we are unable to cancel an order once placed.

How long does it take for a refund to process?

The refund timeline is defined by the payment method such as a major credit card may take 1-2 business days. PayPal may take 7-10 business days. Please check with your selected payment method on the normal refund processing timeline.
